If your greenery doesn't perfectly fit your space, our team is here to help you find the right replacement or process your return smoothly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging to ensure the silk leaves and petals are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
